Source selection based on CaCO₃ purity, whiteness, and low silica, iron, and magnesium impurities.

02 - Feedstock Preparation

Limestone sorted, crushed, and checked for moisture and contamination to maintain consistent mill feed.

03 - Micronization & Classification

Controlled milling and air classification target each grade’s D50, D97, and oversized particle limits.

04 - Controlled Surface Treatment

For coated grades, stearic acid dosage and processing conditions controlled for uniform treatment, with coating content and hydrophobicity assessed.

05 - Batch Testing & Traceable Packing

Finished material checked for particle size distribution, whiteness, moisture, and chemical composition. Packed with grade, batch number, and production date.

06 - Shipment Release & Documentation

Packaging integrity and loading conditions checked before dispatch. Batch-specific COA supplied with the applicable TDS, SDS, and shipping documents.
